Warehouse Operative

Job description
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join us in the Plymouth area. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for all goods that come into the warehouse.

Key Accountabilities

o Collating and processing initial order sheets for incoming and outgoing goods
o Loading and unloading delivery vehicles by hand
o Checking for damaged or missing goods
o Moving stock around by hand
o Picking and packing orders
o Keeping all documentation up to date
o Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
o On occasion, liaising with transport companies regarding timeframes and deadlines
o Making sure all stock is labelled and stored correctly
o Carrying out health and safety checks
o Stock taking
o Dispatch outgoing orders in line with company processes

Business Administrator

Job description
We are looking for a Business Administrator to join us in the Plymouth area.
You will be responsible for work closely with our worldwide clients and to process all orders. This includes marketing, answering requests, processing orders including proforma invoicing, assist with mass production and after-sales care. You will also be responsible for the co-ordination of marketing activities and you will be expected to develop and execute marketing campaigns, whilst working closely with our Chinese colleagues.

Key Accountabilities
o You will be keeping close customer connections including making quotations. You will be required to be in constant communication especially after trade fairs
o You will need to assist in preparing trade fairs including UK, Europe and Far East. You will need to be flexible as on some occasions you will be required to attend to these
o You will need to create articles and promotional material for the company. For example, every month we will promote 10 new products and you will be responsible for marketing these to clients
o After final confirmation of orders, you will need to coordinate the mass production and shipment between customers, our Shanghai office and Chinese factories. You will be required to follow the orders so good connection skill, team work and organisation is key
o You will need to appreciate we work with various client worldwide so you must be happy dealing with people from various backgrounds
o You will need to make new connections so you must be confident in connecting with people and possibly getting rejected

Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join us in the Plymouth area. Your main role will be to assist with all orders being processed for the warehouse staff.

o Assist the warehouse operatives with stock take
o Process orders on Ebay and other selling platforms
o Liaise with Warehouse regarding the orders placed
o Liaise with the public regarding their orders
o Liaise with businesses regarding their orders
